Our Company
We are located in Dalian, China. Dalian boasts a deepwater and ice-free port. It is the trade gateway to the Pacific. It is the second largest container transshipment hub in mainland China. Transportation from here is very easy.
We are here not only selling the products to our customers but also helping them to prevent of getting into any problems. We work as our customers’ on site inspector by assuring ship qualified products to our customers. Besides, we always stand behind the goods we sell, never let our customer down by not keeping our words. Our Factory
Our wood products factory is located in Dalian, a port city in northern China. The building size is 2350 square meters with 53 full-time workers. The annual production capacity is about 60 of 40HC. There are 12 sets of wood products processing equipment and machines, including 2 sets of CNC machine and roller painting system which help us to get the most precisely cut items and of good finish in a cost-effective way. These have been verified by Intertek and we can provide report.

Most of our designs are knocked down to make sure the package size is as small as possible. We have assembly instruction to follow up when installation.

The cage looks really good. Pretty easy to put together, took us about 2 hours, but easy to follow pictures in directions. Quality is good. We use ours for 2 Guinea pigs. 1.Ideas Discussion
Whether you want to make adjustments on our existing products or you have a brand new design of your own, before we start, please tell us your thoughts in as much detail as possible. It is important for us to learn better of what you are looking for. And we will help you improve the design based on our experience, so that it will be more suitable for pets, popular to your local market, and minimize the costs.
2.Drawing Confirmation
It would be perfect if you have the drawing or a sketch of your design, then we will quote you our best price as soon as possible. If not, our designer team will be your assistant. We will work out the line drawings based on the concepts we have discussed and send them to you for confirmation. In this process, our designers will take the production feasibility into consideration and offer you the best design options.
3.Sample Production
After confirming the drawings and quotation, we will move to make a sample. It usually takes 7-15 days to finish according to the complexity of the design. We will take photos and videos for your checking firstly when it is ready. And if everything is approved we will ship it to you. Also, you can arrange a third-party inspection to check the sample for you.
4.Packaging Details
Once the sample is confirmed, we will come to the packaging details. We will provide you different packaging solutions based on you are selling online or offline. Then we will confirm with you if the product needs to be labeled, what information should be included in the shipping mark, and whether there is a barcode. If you ship directly to FBA warehouse, we will also provide you with packaging that meets their standards.
5.Contract Sign
When all the details are finalized we can sign the contract. The content will include your detailed requirements for the product, price and shipment time, etc. We will make sure that we are on the same page and then we can proceed according to the contract. For customized designs, we promise to keep them confidential and will not sell them to other customers.
6.Batch Production
If the sample still needs some adjustments, we can provide you a pre-production sample for double confirmation. Otherwise we will carry out the batch production directly. We will update you the production process. And our on-site inspector will be in charge of the quality control. We will guarantee everything is good before we ship the order to you.
